My Ford Fiesta Zetec S 1.0 ecoboost is losing power whilst accelerating. No lights are appearing on the dash, we’ve checked a pipe from the intercooler and changed as was split (we thought it was sensing the heating up of the engine/turbo to be falsely overheating) that worked temporarily.

I found a lot of posts about failures on early models but it looks like all of them were related to a single issue where a coolant hose was cracking a dumping all of the coolant and causing the engine to overheat. Ford has since fixed this on all 1.0's built in 2013 or later. Beyond that it actually looks like the engine is pretty reliable.
I have a problem. When I turn engine on after few minutes of drive orange spanner pops up on a dash board. It doesn’t shows when ignition is on but only when I drive.
