The Modern Warfare 3 campaign has 15 missions in total. Some of these chapters are rather short, taking just a few minutes to complete, while others are considerably longer, especially given theirNumber of missions in Modern Warfare campaign. There are a total of 14 missions in the Modern Warfare campaign. Together they add up to a campaign length of around 5-6 hours on the Regular difficulty.
