Skoda Karoq has a remote keyless system receiver that receives radio frequency signals from the key fob. If none of your key fobs work, and and you can’t reprogram the keys, it is possible the receiver module has developed a fault.

For a manual, press the button without your foot on the clutch. And for the auto, press the button without your foot on the brake. Thanks for the replies, I’ve also found the balance & fader etc, I’ll check out the ignition next 👍 . I must say the Karoq is a complete upgrade from my beloved Yeti.

If using KESSY, the car is unlocked when the key is within 11/2 metres of the car and the door handle is grasped. If using KESSY the car has to be locked by touching the sensor on the rear of the door handle. The car WILL NOT LOCK simply by walking away with the key. The key cannot be inadvertently locked in the car.
